South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts4—Payment of altered remuneration
(1) Any remuneration
altered by regulation under this Act shall be paid by the same persons and
from the same fund as before the alteration.
(2) This Act, without
further appropriation, shall be sufficient authority to pay from the General
Revenue of the State or from any other funds, any money which is properly
payable out of the General Revenue of the State and is required for the
purpose of giving effect to regulations under this Act.
