SOUTH-WESTERN SUBURBS DRAINAGE ACT 1959 - SECT 13A

13A—Obligation on Municipal Council of Glenelg

The Municipal Council of Glenelg shall, at its own expense, cleanse, repair and maintain that part of the works being the Patawalonga works in accordance with the directions of the Minister of Works which directions the said Minister is hereby authorised and empowered to give.
