SHOP THEFT (ALTERNATIVE ENFORCEMENT) ACT 2000 - LONG TITLE
An Act to provide for certain persons accused of minor shop theft to be
subject to a non-curial enforcement process with their consent as an
alternative to prosecution; and for other purposes.
