notices
(1) The Commissioner
of Police must, on or before 30 September in each year, prepare a report on
the operation and administration of this Act during the period of 12 months
that ended on the preceding 30 June.
(2) A report required
under this section must be incorporated in the annual report of the
Commissioner of Police required under the Police Act 1998 .
