An alleged offender who has been issued with a shop theft infringement notice
and effectively consented to being dealt with under this Act must be provided
with—
(a) a
copy of the duly completed and signed shop theft infringement notice; and
(b) a
notice setting out the words of the caution administered to the alleged
offender.
