For the purposes of this
Act, each area of the State (other than the metropolitan area) that was,
immediately before the commencement of this Act, a shopping district for the
purposes of Part 15 of the Industrial Code 1967 will be taken to have
been declared by proclamation under section 11 to be a
Proclaimed Shopping District.
