A person who behaves in an offensive or insulting manner—
(a) to
an officer or employee appointed under this Act or employed in the Department
who is acting in the course of his or her duties; or
(b) to a
person referred to in section 40 who is exercising the power conferred by
that section,
is guilty of an offence.
Penalty: Division 9 fine.
