TOBACCO PRODUCTS REGULATION ACT 1997 - SECT 6

6—Requirement for licence

A person must not—

            (a)         carry on the business of selling tobacco products by retail; or

            (b)         hold himself or herself out as carrying on such a business,

unless the person holds a licence under this Part.

Maximum penalty: $10 000.

Expiation fee: $315.
