South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may,
on application by a person, issue or renew, or refuse to issue or renew, a
licence under this Part.
(2) The Minister may,
if he or she thinks fit, renew a licence despite the fact that application for
renewal of the licence was made after the end of the previous term of the
licence.
