A class A licence in force under Part 2
immediately before the commencement of this Schedule under which a person was
carrying on the business of selling tobacco products by retail continues
(subject to the provisions of this Act) as a licence under Part 2 authorising
the carrying on of such a business for the balance of the period for which the
licence was granted (including periods for which it was to have been
automatically renewed).
