South Australian Consolidated Acts22—Adoption of valuations
(1) The Valuer-General
may adopt any valuation made by a council or any other person or body.
(2) A valuation
adopted under this section has effect as a valuation of the Valuer-General and
must be entered in a valuation roll.
(3) A valuation
adopted under this section will come into force under this Act as from such
day (whether before, on or after the date of adoption) as may be determined by
the Valuer-General.
(4) Where a valuation
adopted under this section was made under an Act that allows a right of appeal
in respect of the valuation, Part 4 of this Act does not apply in respect of
the valuation.
