South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (4), the Minister may delegate any of his or her functions,
powers or duties under this Act (except this power of delegation)—
(a) to
the Corporation; or
(b) to
any other person or body.
(2) A function, power
or duty delegated under subsection (1) to the Corporation may, if the
instrument of delegation so provides, be further delegated by the Corporation.
(3) A delegation under
this section—
(a) must
be by instrument in writing; and
(b) may
be absolute or conditional; and
(c) does
not derogate from the power of the delegator to act in any matter; and
(d) is
revocable at will by the delegator.
(4) The Minister
cannot delegate his or her functions, powers or duties under Part 5.
