South Australian Consolidated Acts25—How revoked will is to be revived
(1) No will or codicil
or any part of a will or codicil which has been in any manner revoked can be
revived otherwise than by its re-execution or by a codicil executed in the
manner required by this Act and showing an intention to revive the will or
codicil or the part of the will or codicil.
(2) When any will or
codicil which has been partly revoked and afterwards wholly revoked is
revived, the revival does not extend to so much of the will or codicil as was
revoked before the revocation of the whole of it unless an intention to the
contrary is shown.
