WEST BEACH RECREATION RESERVE ACT 1987 - SECT 23A

23A—Damage etc to property of the Trust

A person who, without the authority of the Trust—

            (a)         damages or destroys any property of the Trust; or

            (b)         removes any property of the Trust from the possession or control of the Trust,

is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $2 500.

Expiation fee: $210.
