South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations as contemplated by this Act, or as necessary or expedient for
the purposes of this Act.
(2) The
regulations—
(a) may
be of general or limited application;
(b) may
allow for matters to be determined at the discretion of the Corporation (or a
delegate of the Corporation) or confer other forms of discretionary power on
the Corporation (or a delegate of the Corporation);
(c) may
create summary offences, punishable by a fine not exceeding a division 7 fine,
for non-compliance with a regulation.
