South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts103—Extension of the application of this Act to self-employed persons
(1) The Corporation
may, on the application of a person who is self-employed, extend to that
person the protection of this Act.
(2) An application
under subsection (1) may be granted by the Corporation subject to such
conditions and limitations as the Corporation thinks fit and any such
condition or limitation shall, to the extent of any inconsistency, prevail
over the provisions of this Act.
