(1) Subject to this
Part, a licence remains in force for a period of 2 years from the day on which
it is granted and may be renewed for successive periods of 2 years.
(2) An application for
renewal—
(a) must
be made in a manner and form determined by the Minister; and
(b) must
be delivered to the Minister not less than 1 month before the licence is due
to expire; and
(c) must
be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3) The Minister has a
discretion to determine an application for renewal despite the fact that it is
delivered out of time.
(4) Where an
application for renewal is made in accordance with this Act, the Minister must
renew the licence of the applicant.
