South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts26—Reviews of decisions of animal ethics committees
(1) A right of review
lies from a decision of an animal ethics committee under this Part to the
Tribunal under section 34 of the South Australian Civil and
Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 .
(2) An application for
review may be made to the Tribunal within 1 month after the making of the
relevant decision (or such longer period as the Tribunal may allow).
(3) Before the
Tribunal makes a decision on the review, the Committee must investigate the
decision under review and furnish the Tribunal with a report on its
investigations for consideration by the Tribunal.
