South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current ActsWhere a code is incorporated into or referred to in this Act or the
regulations—
(a) a
copy of the code must be kept available for inspection by members of the
public, without charge and during normal office hours, at an office determined
by the Minister; and
(b)
evidence of the contents of the code may be given in any legal proceedings by
production of a copy of a document apparently certified by or on behalf of the
Minister to be a true copy of the code.
