(1) The presiding
member or, in his or her absence, the deputy presiding member will preside at
a meeting of the Committee or, in the absence of both the presiding member and
the deputy presiding member, the members present will decide who is to preside
at the meeting.
(3) Five members
constitute a quorum of the Committee.
(4) Each member
present at a meeting of the Committee is entitled to 1 vote on a question
arising for decision at that meeting.
(5) A decision
supported by the votes of not less than 5 members of the Committee is a
decision of the Committee.
(6) Subject to this
Act, the Committee may conduct its business as it thinks fit.
