(1) Subdivision 2 of
Division 2 of Part 5 of the National Electricity (South Australia) Law applies
to, and in relation to, South Australia.
(2) For the purposes
of the National Electricity (South Australia)
Law, "declared power system" means a system for the generation, transmission
and distribution of electricity in South Australia and includes part of such a
system.
