of a wilderness protection area or a wilderness protection zone by
proclamation under this Part on or after 1 January 1994 is subject to native
title existing when the proclamation was made.
(2) The addition of
land to a wilderness protection area or a wilderness protection zone by
proclamation or regulation under this Part on or after 1 January 1994 is
subject to native title existing when the proclamation or regulation was made.
