(1) Subject to
subsection (2), all wilderness protection areas and
wilderness protection zones are under the management of the Director.
(2) The Director must
observe any direction of the Minister or the Chief Executive Officer relating
to the management of wilderness protection areas and
wilderness protection zones generally or any particular
wilderness protection area or zone.
