WILDERNESS PROTECTION ACT 1992 - SECT 39

39—Financial provision

        (1)         Subject to this Act, the money required for the purposes of this Act will be paid out of money provided by Parliament for those purposes.

        (2)         A penalty payable in respect of an offence against this Act must be paid into the Wildlife Conservation Fund.
