South Australian Consolidated Regulations15—Offence to make false or misleading statement
A person must not, in a document lodged with the Commission for the purposes
of the Act—
(a) make
a statement that is, to his or her knowledge, false or misleading; or
(b) omit
or authorise the omission from any such document a particular which is, to his
or her knowledge, a material particular.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
