South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The Minister may
request an applicant to remedy a defect or deficiency in an application or
accompanying document or information required by or under the Act or these
regulations.
(2) If an applicant in
relation to whom a request has been made under subregulation (1) fails to
comply with the request within 3 months, the Minister may refuse the
application.
