in an entry in Schedule 2 must, in carrying out an activity described in that
entry, ensure compliance with the code of practice and any modifications
specified in the entry.
Maximum penalty: $2 500.
Expiation fee: $210.
(2) For the purposes
of section 43 of the Act, each of the codes of practice specified in
Schedule 2 is a prescribed code of practice.
