BOTANIC GARDENS AND STATE HERBARIUM REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 9

9—Identity cards

        (1)         The Board must provide an identity card to each authorised person.

        (2)         An authorised person must produce his or her identity card at the request of a person in relation to whom the authorised person has exercised, or intends to exercise, powers under these regulations.
