   1--Short title

   These regulations may be cited as the Brands Regulations 2001.

   4--Interpretation

   In these regulations--

   Act means the Brands Act 1933.

   5--Sheep paint brands (section 28)

   A paint brand for sheep--

   (a) must be made with the substance "Si-Ro-Mark" (registered trademark
   no. 121839); and

   (b) must be purple, red, blue or green in colour.
