Section 269A(1), definition of "psychiatrist"—delete the definition and
substitute:
"psychiatrist" means—
(a) a
person registered on the specialist register under the Medical Practice
Act 2004 as a specialist in psychiatry; or
(b) a
medical practitioner whose name is contained in a register of psychiatrists
prepared and maintained under section 17 of the Mental Health Act 1996 of
Western Australia; or
(c) a
person who holds an appointment, or may be appointed, as an authorised
psychiatric practitioner under section 22 of the Mental Health and Related
Services Act of the Northern Territory;
