South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Subject to
subregulation (2), these regulations will come into operation on the day
on which section 146 of the Cross-border Justice Act 2009 comes into
operation.
(2) Part 4 Division 18
and Division 19 will come into operation on the day on which Schedule 1 Part 4
of the Cross-border Justice Act 2009 comes into operation.
