South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Pursuant to
section 13(a) of the Act, this Part prescribes modifications of the law of the
State.
(2) In this Part, a
provision under a heading referring to the modification of a specified Act or
specified regulations modifies the Act or regulations specified.
(3) If a substituted
provision as it appears in this Part includes text that is struck out or
underlined, the provision of the specified Act or regulations is modified by
the deletion of the text that is struck out and the insertion of the text that
is underlined.
