South Australia Coast Protection (Fleurieu) Regulations 2000 under the Coast Protection Act 1972 Contents 1 Short title 2 Commencement 3 Revocation 4 Declaration of land constituting part of coast Schedule--Land constituting part of coast Legislative history 1--Short title These regulations may be cited as the Coast Protection (Fleurieu) Regulations 2000. 2--Commencement These regulations will come into operation on 1 September 2000. 3--Revocation The Coast Protection Act (Fleurieu) Regulations 1984 (see Gazette 21.6.1984 p1759) are revoked. 4--Declaration of land constituting part of coast The land between the seaward edge of the bold line shown on the plans in the Schedule and the mean high water mark on the seashore at spring tides is declared to constitute part of the coast for the purposes of the Coast Protection Act 1972.
