South Australia Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Regulations 2001 under the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001 Contents 1 Short title 2 Commencement 3 Interpretation 4 Preservation of references to old Corporations legislation Legislative history 1--Short title These regulations may be cited as the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Regulations 2001. 2--Commencement These regulations will come into operation when the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001 comes into operation. 3--Interpretation In these regulations-- Act means the Corporations (Ancillary Provisions) Act 2001. 4--Preservation of references to old Corporations legislation Pursuant to subsection (2)(a) of section 11 of the Act, subsection (1) of that section does not apply in relation to a reference to the Corporations Law in section 21(5), 27(3)(b), 28(3)(b) or (c), 29(3)(b), 32(4) or 44(1)(a) of the Financial Sector Reform (South Australia) Act 1999.
