CO-OPERATIVES REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 4

4—Definitions

In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—

"Act" means the Co-operatives Act 1997;

"financial institution" has the same meaning as in the Financial Institutions Duty Act 1983 .
