A legal practitioner who is appointed to be a coroner under section 6(1)
of the Act will, in respect of each day on which he or she undertakes coronial
duties at the direction of the State Coroner, be paid a fee to be calculated
as follows:
where "A" is the annual salary payable to a stipendiary magistrate.
