For the purposes of Schedule 2 clause 5(d) of the Act, personal information
about a registrable offender may be disclosed with authorisation to a police
officer of this State or a foreign jurisdiction where the information is
reasonably required for the purpose of investigating a suspected offence
against a child that is not a registrable offence.
