(1) Unless otherwise
determined by the Minister, a council subject to a requirement under section
25(7)(a) of the Act must ensure that a copy of any written report received
from a Department or agency is furnished to the Minister for the purposes of
considering the matter under section 25(7)(b) of the Act.
(2) For the purposes
of sections 25(7)(a) and 26(5)(a) of the Act, the period of 6 weeks is
prescribed.
