DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2008 - REG 11

11—Prescribed certificate of CEO—section 25

For the purposes of section 25(10) of the Act, a certificate of the chief executive officer of a council must—

            (a)         be in the form of Schedule 4A; and

            (b)         form part of the DPA.
