Certificate of consistency
I verify that I have examined carefully a copy of the development plan consent
(including any conditions and notes) described below, together with a copy of
the plans approved and endorsed pursuant to regulation 42(4) of the
Development Regulations 2008 for that consent.
The plans and supporting documentation submitted for building rules consent
have been assessed for compliance with the Building Rules, while the
development plan consent plans have been reviewed to ensure that all buildings
and structures included in the building rules assessment are consistent with
the development plan consent.
I hereby certify in accordance with regulation 92(2)(e) of the
Development Regulations 2008 that the building rules consent issued
