If all or part of a code, standard, rule or other document (whether made in or
outside Australia) is applied or adopted by, or is incorporated in, these
regulations and the code, standard, rule or other document or the relevant
part of the code, standard, rule or other document is inconsistent with these
regulations, these regulations prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
