South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) This Part applies
if a Special Provision referenced in the Dangerous Goods List applies to
dangerous goods and that Special Provision prohibits the transport of the
goods by land or imposes a restriction on the way the goods are to be
transported by land.
(2) A
Special Provision is subject to any applicable determination under
regulation 155.
