South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A notice required
or authorised by these regulations to be given to a person by the Competent
Authority or an authorised officer may be given—
(a) by
delivering it personally to the person or an agent of the person; or
(b) by
leaving it for the person at the person's place of residence or business with
someone apparently over the age of 16 years; or
(c) by
posting it to the person or agent of the person at the person's or agent's
last known place of residence or business.
(2) Without limiting
subregulation (1), a notice required or authorised to be given to an
applicant under these regulations or to a licensee under the Act may be
given—
(a) by
posting it to the person at the address last provided to the Competent
Authority by the person for that purpose; or
(b) by
transmitting it to the person by fax transmission or email to the fax number
or email address last provided to the Competent Authority by the person for
that purpose; or
(c) in
the case of a company or registered body within the meaning of the
Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth—in accordance with that Act.
