Within 14 days after becoming aware that information given by the licensee to
the Competent Authority in, or in relation to, an application for the grant or
renewal of a licence is or has become incorrect in a material respect, the
licensee must inform the Competent Authority and give the correct information
to the Authority in writing.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in
the case of a body corporate—$3 250;
(b) in
the case of a natural person—$650.
