In these regulations, a reference to—
(a) a
dangerous goods driver licence, dangerous goods vehicle licence,
determination, approval or exemption; or
(b) a
corresponding dangerous goods driver licence, corresponding dangerous goods
vehicle licence, corresponding determination, corresponding approval or
corresponding exemption,
includes a reference to the licence, determination, approval or exemption as
varied.
