South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If in these
regulations it is provided that a notice in writing is to be given to a
Competent Authority, the notice may be given—
(a) by
properly addressing, prepaying and posting a letter or packet containing such
notice; or
(b) by
delivering the notice to the office of the Competent Authority.
(2) If a notice is
given to a Competent Authority in accordance with subregulation (1)(a),
it will be taken to have been given at the time the letter or packet
containing the notice is posted.
