compliance plate issued under regulation 36 of these regulations prior to
8 April 2003 may be of the size and form set out in Schedule 6 of the
Dangerous Substances Regulations 1998 as in force before the commencement
of Regulation No. 10 of 2001 (see Gazette 8.2.2001 p 587).
