South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations5—Prescribed national scheme laws (section 3)
(1) For the purpose of
paragraph (a) of the definition of "the prescribed national scheme laws in
section 3(1) of the Act, the National Environment Protection Council
Act 1994 of the Commonwealth is the prescribed law of the Commonwealth.
(2) For the purpose of
paragraph (b) of the definition of "the prescribed national scheme laws in
section 3(1) of the Act, the National Environment Protection Council
(South Australia) Act 1995 is the prescribed law of this State.
