South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The Authority may,
by notice in writing, approve a weighbridge subject to such conditions as it
thinks fit and may vary or revoke an approval at any time.
(2) Without limiting
the generality of subregulation (1), the conditions may specify
requirements as to—
(a)
maintenance of the weighbridge; and
(b)
certification of the accuracy of the weighbridge.
