EDUCATION REGULATIONS 1997 - REG 7AA

7AA—Application of Part

        (1)         This Part does not apply to a person employed at a school in relation to the premises of the school or premises used in connection with the school.

        (2)         This Part other than regulation 7E(a) does not apply to a student enrolled at a school in relation to the premises of the school or premises used in connection with the school.
